Monte Alto Hikers get together on Sunday mornings throughout the winter to enjoy each other's company in an outdoor adventure. The group convenes at Cafe Monte Alto in downtown Plymouth and sets out to enjoy local hikes in the lakes and mountains area of central NH. We choose trails that are user-friendly, allow group members to progress in fitness and hiking skills, and generally get us all home by mid-day. Outbound New England is for hikers in the primarily in the New England area. We strive to be as inclusive as we can by offering hiking at all levels, from relaxing short hiking trips to more challenging traverses, and trips in excess of 25 miles. We would like to diversify into wilderness skills classes, rock climbing, multi-day overnight trips, and world travel.  We are a four season hiking group, and as such there should be plenty of opportunities to hit the slopes!
